Ran this morning with Paula, Renee and Jake.  Jake only ran a little over a mile because he wasn't feeling well.  I ran him back home and then caught up with Paula and Renee to finish Renee's portion at 4.25 and then Paula and I ran the rest together at a pretty good pace.  Kind of a crazy run but always fun.
