Today was one of the days that I hate. Running was a chore. I was not happy about going out, I just went because I knew that consistency pays off. The first 2.5 miles all I could think about was turning around and going home, then Tim McGraw's "How Bad Do You Want It" came on my ipod and gave me an attitude adjustment. It was small at first but the run was better from there on out. Glad it is done, hopefully tomorrow is better.

Happy Running!

Oops!  I stated wrong yesterday when I said my husband is in town for a week, He is actually home until March 6th!  I almost died from shock!!

Not to worry, I called a friend and she's taking the boys. I hope they don't have any accidents. They are really doing quite well with the whole potty thing, so we'll see. I'm excited and nervous for my appointment. I'll call you tonight.

Oh, Jody, you are human after all! You are amazing with all your miles and fast pace. Plus getting in 5 more after you were ready to turn around! I need to put your blogs in front of me on the treadmill, that would keep me going. Awesome. Glad you have your hubby for a while! DOes he travel a lot?

You are a trooper! Way to go with the attitude adjustment! It is amazing what kind of things we can accomplish when we switch that attitude a bit!

Enjoy the time with the hubby! Let him know how happy you are to have him there with you! Make sure to get lots of couple time together!

Jody, first step out the door, always the toughest chore.

Stay Kool, do all your chores, B of BS Rools out.

I think everyone else summed it up nice; way to get out there. One step off the porch is a step closer to the end of a good run.
