AM - 9 miles w/ Andrea on the Pipeline trail. Another warm, sunny, summer mid-October morning.
PM - 4 miles.
AM - 5 miles.
AM - 10 miles at a good clip (5:53/mi avg).
PM - 4 miles w/ Andrea at Wheeler Farm, where we came across the Barktoberfest dog parade. Destiny.
AM - 5 miles w/ 5 x MLH, starting semi-lazily and then getting a touch faster on each rep.
PM - 4 miles w/ Andrea... paced her to a season-best in the mile.
AM - 5 miles. First three easy followed by a faster one (5:04, Home Depot) to get the legs moving and then 2 x MLH to finish.
PM - 3 miles. San Francisco - from the hotel over to my friends' apartment in Haight-Ashbury.
AM - 7 miles. Embarcadaro - the usual SF run when I'm here for work. Caught a colorful sunrise over the bay.
