Good luck Sunday Jake -- you're ready - and your labs are rockin'

Turns out I will be there too - a friend of friends had to drop out and I had some mileage points and a long run scheduled for Sunday. Long story short, I will be doing an easy "long run" with them in the race with his bib number. Hope to perhaps see you there.

Very cool. That's an ideal long run if there ever was one!

We'll probably go over to the expo in the afternoon at some point on Saturday, and then will be around Sunday post-race most of the day until an evening flight.

Good luck Jake. You've had some awesome training going into this one. Have fun!
