AM - 21 mile long run. Jeremy Ranch, double out and back. Kept the effort easy, averaged ~7:20/mile. Pretty warm for most of this with a later start, but the extra sleep was well worth it.

A "double" out and back sounds much harder than a regular out and back.

The main dirt road is ~14.4 out and back, and the county gate / cattle guard is ~6.6 out and back. It makes for a perfect 21 miler, but it's best done with the 6.6 first. Otherwise it's too easy to quit early :-)
