AM - 10 miles. 8K AT Tempo in 26:56 (5:25/mile avg). Splits (1600) - 5:29, 5:27, 5:24, 5:21, 5:13. HHS track w/ Nate. 3 up, 2 down. 

No PM run due to washing machine repair annoyingness.

Definitely the easiest workout in a while! :-) Nate and I were equally unmotivated to push it.

I'm planning to run a 10K on the track in June so I gotta get used to round and round and round....
