Ah, sorry for the confusion. The run itself...way below 8-minute pace. Looks hard. Why would anyone need to go that fast? Your poor leg muscles must be like whaaaa...this isn't skiing!!

What happened to meat pace?

I like these descriptions better than the many variations of moderate/easy moderate/medium easy/steady state/etc/etc. I can never keep those straight.

I stopped using the meat chart on Oct 1st. I would have been too tempted to chase the quality cuts and not listen to my body.
