I took a hard fall after being caught off guard by a sheet of ice this morning. Luckily I only banged my hip, shoulder, and head. Why do businesses still have sprinkler systems turned on?

Ouch! Glad that nothing running related was hurt. Except maybe your head - just don't calculate any splits for awhile.
It's true the grass doesn't need watering anymore, but the sidewalks need water year-round.

There's nothing worse than dry concrete. Gotta keep it moist.
My neck actually feels the worse a day later. Guess I got a little whiplash.
