I bought a pair on ebay and immediately bought 2 more. $50-55 I think. I tried to buy more but I think some retailers weren't discounting them even though were ancient stock because they knew people wanted them.

I'll have some 5s for testing in about 2 weeks, so I'll let you know what to look forward to when you get around to wearing them in 2018.
2 pairs of 2s should last you about 3000 more miles, or 7000 if you're on Paul's Kinvara wear-plan.

The upper has been ripping from my 4s for a while, but I expect ~700 miles from those. Maybe more. I bought the 2s based on Paul's wear. Of course, I'm far heavier and far less efficient, but I think they should last a while. If I get half of what he has, I'll be happy. 170 lbs on a lot of 'crete, and you can't ask too much. I quite like their shoes.
