I'm just impressed he didn't pull him hamstring!!! That's what I would do if I ran a hard 1500 today!
Yuki is a crazy dude - his marathon times are far superior to his 1500/5K... he's undertrained and underraced in those distances so that's why he can still PR right after a marathon.
