AM - 12.7 miles. Holladay loop w/ Andrea, then split off near SHP and up the hill to work.

PM - 10.9 miles home. Met up w/ Adam H (who ran w/ us a few times in the spring but has been battling FAI) and ran 5-6 miles with him. We were both headed towards SHP from upper campus so that worked out nicely.

Found the new Usain Bolt documentary on Youtube. Gotta watch this before it gets taken down. And speaking of cool running videos - Bret tipped me off a great Seb Coe documentary called "Born to Run." Watched it last night... its one of those things that you'll either think is boring, or absolutely riveting and love every second of it. No middle ground. I loved it. If you are interested, here's the link - Part 1 (there are segments so just follow the links to keep going).

Thanks for posting the link! (don't know how to do it in a comment) - Put me in the "absolutely riveting" category. I have watched it more than once.

Thanks for posting the videos Jake. They are getting me out the door to run right now!

I'm glad his parents did not treat his hyperactivity with drugs! Good stuff.

What an effortless stride Seb has.... everyone else, all world class runners, seem to be laboring so much more! Amazing documentary!

I don't know how you do it. One day you can barely walk across the living room and the next day you run 17+ miles. LOL

Oh poor Adam H :( If he needs a good PT with lots of FAI experience I know a good one!

I think he went to the same MD as you. He doesn't need surgery, though.

I loved the Sec Coe documentary. Watched it on my lunch break yesterday, thank you! Big miles for you!
