AM - 11.5 miles up to work via Parleys Trail / Wasatch Drive. Kept the pace intentionally very slow this morning.
PM - 9 miles. Ran home... clouds cooled it off a bit and it felt pretty good outside.

Do you keep a closet of clothes at work or do you run with a backpack? I struggle with figuring out how to get my laptop and clothes to and from work every day.

I usually drive to work once or twice a week, and leave a duffel bag of clothes and food for a few days. It requires a bit of planning ahead, but its totally worth it. I save tons of time via no commuting, and I am never tempted to miss an afternoon run because I wont get home otherwise!

I could definitely rack up some miles if I got in this habit. PB&J and a loaf of bread are already in the refrigerator so the food is taken care of. Just need to remedy not taking my laptop home, which has become a bad habit.

There is no way I would have gotten in the miles that I did this winter w/out run commuting. Luckily I don't have to deal w/ a laptop or carry anything more than my ID card.
