AM - 13 miles. AT/LT Reps: 6 x 1 mile - 5:11, 5:08, 5:08, 5:09, 5:06, 5:04. Tempo loop. Sort of a progression within each rep... came through the half-mile in 2:37-2:39 on all of them and dropped down to LT pace over the second half. Hamstrings a little tight on the cooldown... need to start doing more workouts on the track instead of the roads. 3.5 up, 2 down. PM - 4 miles. |
