AM - 7.3 miles up to work.

PM - 7.5 miles. Down to the track and 8 x 200m in 30.7 seconds average. Eased into it, but the last one was 29.0, probably my fastest 200 since high school. Starting to find those other gears. Andrea talked me down from doing a harder workout... probably a good move.

Jeremy Ranch longish run tomorrow - 8am.

Sounds like fun! Are you and Andrea running the 10K next weekend?

Andrea will be lounging on the beach at Tybee Island next weekend!

I'll be here and plan on running the 10K in Orem, though. I need a longer effort at HM goal pace, and I think a race is the only way I'm going to be able to push myself hard enough to make that happen :-)

Races are really my favorite workouts. It's so much easier than the daily grind. I'm trying to decide between a couple different 5ks and this 10k... a PR or a good workout before UVhalf? Decisions, decisions.

a PR at a shorter distance is probably the best workout you can do :-)

I'll have to flip a coin. I'm fairly confident that I could PR in the 10K as well, and it's a pretty decent flat course.

Sounds like the perfect weekend and as I am babysitting and changing diapers of three 2 year olds I will be jealously thinking of you and all of the fun your having. Take lots of pictures of all of the adventures ok?

Melody I am with Jake! Go for it. :)
