PM - 2 miles. Hoped to do a more substantial run, but aborted and had to do the walk of shame back home. So while my health has improved somewhat, I'll have to call this Mexico Death Plague Day #4.

This is most unfortunate.

Yeah, I'm not thrilled when I'm limited to filing taxes and washing the jeep, instead of long runs and ski descents, as primary weekend activities! :-0
From a training perspective, it's not the end of the world to miss a few days... but I know how these kinds of illnesses go - once the acute phase passes (usually a full week), it takes a lot of time to regain strength again (usually an additional week). So not ideal timing. And it seems like that's the best case scenario trajectory I'm on right now.

Dang, sorry about the plague. Never a welcome thing a month before a big race. You drank the water over there, didn't you?

100% bottled water... and cerveza w/ the meals we ate out!
Chances are it was a food thing - we tried to make sure we washed fruits and vegetables really well, but obviously something slipped through the cracks. Bacteria are apparently very small?
