AM - 12.6 miles. JAA/AJA/AAJ run. I'm not sure what the acronym is when James isn't there, so I'll use all the iterations. We actually ended up running a bit quicker than normal this morning. Hmmm maybe he is holding us all back? :-) After 9 miles the girls cut back down to SHP and I ran up to work, keeping the pace honest up the hill (otherwise I would have been late).

PM - 9.2 miles home.

Check Andrea's blog for details on the Saturday group run. Everyone who isn't running in the Olympic Trials is welcome to join us... sorry Paul.

Nice work on the iterations, I guess I should review my factorials. Great work on the miles as always.

You've been putting in some major miles. Nice job.

i like all three -- each one spells out a sound you make involuntarily at the end of a race.
