AM - 7.5 miles up to work.

PM - 4.4 miles down to SHP + 15 x ~50-60m strides in the HHS parking lot while I waited for Andrea.

Yuki Kawauchi's Marathon/1500m/5K triple week makes me feel lazy :-)

Glad to see you back at the running to work routine!

I don't want to put too many miles on my bike :-)

Wow that is insane! I guess he just proved that you actually can train for a marathon & mile at the same time. :)

Now you don't have to choose between the two.

I'm just impressed he didn't pull him hamstring!!! That's what I would do if I ran a hard 1500 today!

Yuki is a crazy dude - his marathon times are far superior to his 1500/5K... he's undertrained and underraced in those distances so that's why he can still PR right after a marathon.
