| Ran 10.35 on the canal road south. Great morning run, 27 degrees, no wind. I was the only one running in the snow, about two inches of light powder. Just before dusk I did an easy 2.75 with my wife. It was her first venture out since her fall in Moab. She ended up with a concussion and has been a bit loopy since the fall. |

| Early morning run north on the canal road. Had to stay on the untracked 2 inches of powder. The rest was too icy. Very foggy morning. |

| Spent Tuesday night in Provo, UT. Awoke to 4" of slush. I ran 6.2 miles on the hotel treadmill. Yuck. |

Ran 6.2 on the snowy canal road. Nice, but really cold. I was wearing my 'ninja' hood. It keeps my mouth and tongue from freezing, but my glasses keep getting foggy. Davy Crockett is 34 hours into his 48 hour 'Across The Years' race in Arizona. 150 miles so far!

| 8.77 miles running south on the canal road. Today's run brings my total to 1325 miles for the year. I like having the week off work. I get to run more often and longer. Too bad nobody sponsors really slow runners. I could get used to this. |
