| Morning run in Nashville, TN. Tried to find tree-shaded roads. The heat and humidity really sap the energy out of me. I'm amazed at the difference the shade makes. |

| In Atlanta. Tried running after dark, hoping it would be cooler, still 85 degrees outside, but the sun wasn't beating down on me. Great run with lots of hills. Two easy miles, 6 at marathon pace, then 2 more easy. |

| In Atlanta. Early morning run following late night run yesterday. Felt good running the hills. After living in Savannah, Georgia for 15 years then Utah for the last 3-1/2 years, the humidity in Atlanta is reminding me of one big reason I wanted to move. I miss the cool mountain trails of Utah.
