| 6.5 miles including a 5k with my wife trying out a course for the Three Mile Creek Elementary School Fund Run that will be on May 7th. Fun course, mix of paved and dirt roads. |

| 10 miles on my new INOV8 ROClites. Pretty good support. Ran the canal road down to Sardine Canyon. Up Sardine for a while, then down to Highway 89 south to home. Good combined workout on dirt and pavement. |
