| 5 morning trail miles in Cherokee Park in Louisville, KY. Hot and humid. I'm so slow, but it feels so good to be moving again. Had some right side lower back pain and hip stiffness in the afternoon. |

| Early morning 5k run. So far July mileage has surpassed May and June combined. I'm taking it slow and easy, but progressing so I feel pretty good. I hate meds that make me feel off-centered and I'm on one of those. I don't think I should run on the edge of a cliff for the next while. |

| 3-1/2 miles. It was really hot but I got to see some fantastic Kentucky horse countryside. My hips are feeling tight, with annoying back pain. Hot and humid. I got a good sweat going, but that was before I even started running. |
