Sunday I woke up with a pretty bad cold. Couldn't run Monday. Tuesday - Late night 5 miles on the treadmill. Running with a sore throat and congestion is not fun.

Ran down to Three Mile Creek Elementary School where my wife teaches, then around a 5k route I'm developing for a fund raising race the school is hosting on May 7th. Ran back home for a total of 6.75 miles.

Three miles late evening on the treadmill. Trying to work on improving speed.
