Married to Dawn (she has gone from a hesitant supporter to runner girl since mid-2010) , one son and three daughters, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson.

My wife said she needed to run to the store. She drove... I ran and met her there. People gave us funny looks. She was nicely dressed and I was in full winter running attire, including tights, ear muffs and hydration belt.

Perry Canyon to Sardine Canyon to Highway 89 through Brigham City to Kent's Market. Running on the uneven concrete sidewalks in BC is good training for the slickrock in Moab, hard and uneven.
