MRI results are not encouraging. My entire lumbar region is messed up. Five enlargements of connecting tissue between vertibrae. Four reduced spinal cord passages. Three herniated disks (1 bulge, 1 protrusion, 1 extrusion). One bone spur pressing on the spinal cord.

Now I get to see another doctor for epidural steroid injections!

Not being able to walk upright is annoying. Not being able to run is driving me nuts.

My doctor says I should be able to fully recover. It will take a lot of work, then I get to start building up my endurance after 2-1/2 months with almost no running.

Yeah, its a lot of work building up the endurance after so much time off. I'm still trying to, but now I'm having problems with my foot.
