Another great morning for running. It was low 50's and no wind. There was also a beautiful sunrise this morning which always helps to improve the run. I felt good this morning. Even though I have been battling injuries it seems like the cross training helped me stay in shape because the running seems easy to get back to. I know I am only running a few miles but it feels like I could easily go much farther but have to continue to hold back and not cause more problems for my leg. I did start to get some tightness and pain toward to the end but nothing to be concerned about. I sometimes wonder if I am so focused on it that it is like a false problem. Anyway, another good run and plan to continue building back up. |
