Rainy morning today but was able to get the run in during a break in the rain.  Felt great this morning.  The day off yesterday certainly helped.  No issues with my leg and just crusied along at a pretty even pace.  Looking forward to continuing to build the miles this week and trying to do it very slowly.

It was a great morning to run with temperature of 52 and light wind.  I was a little sluggish getting going this morning.  Just kind of tired.  I started off easy but got going after about a 1/2 or so.  Took it pretty easy the rest of the way but felt better as I went along.

A little cooler today around 48 and pretty windy so felt colder.  I felt good today and started off at a faster pace then usual.  My body seems to be responding and getting back in shape.  I was able to push the last mile down to around 7:30 pace and felt good.  I am looking forward to being able to increase the mileage and the pace.

I was up late last night working at the school for my daughter's musical so ended up oversleeping and didn't have a lot of time.  It was super windy outside so I just ran on the TM instead of fighting the wind. I felt pretty good and just ran along easy nothing special.  Averaged around 8:30 pace for the run.  Upset I didn't go farther but just trying to make sure I do something every day.

Nice day today (52) but still very windy.  I wasn't able to get out until the afternoon and ran pretty soon after lunch so felt a little bloated but otherwise all was good.  Just took it easy and didn't fight the wind to much.  Increased the distance by another mile so continuing to try to build back up.  So far so good.
