It was a nice day in Indiana. It was around 70 but very windy. I got back from Portsmouth late last night and wasn't able to run up there the last couple of days. Was in meetings from early in the morning to late at night. It was a very tiring trip. Glad to be back home and get in some miles. I felt good today and ran at a little faster pace then normal.
