It was my first day back at work in over a week so wanted to get started and try to get organized so I thought I would run at lunch but the day got away from me and I didn't end up running until around 6pm. Stayed inside on the TM and was only able to get in 6 miles before dinner. I have to get started early in the morning and get back on schedule. I felt good running but I have to take it back up a few notches. I was hopeful for a good mileage week but I am not off to a good start. 46:01 (7:40 avg)
