I took the last two days off to rest my hip and make sure that I didn't make things worse. I did some exercies for the hip while not running. I wanted to see how it felt today and it was a great day outside so I really wanted to run. I started off a little sluggish from not running the last couple of days but soon felt much better. My hip was not hurting at all which is a good sign. I got through the whole way with no pain so tomorrow will be the next test to see if back-to-back days cause any problems. It was a great day outside and one of those runs that felt great and made me glad I am a runner. 1:2:56 |
