I didn't really plan on running today but my schedule got tight and it was easier to get in a couple of miles then spend an hour on the bike. I felt pretty good today and was able to get through the run without having to stop and stretch. I could feel a little tightness in the calf but it never got to the point where it was causing any problem. I have to travel tomorrow early then meetings all day so probably won't be able to get a workout in. |
