Honolulu, HI: Stayed in again today and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the bike. Felt good and pushed it pretty good. Really wish I was outside but trying to stay on course and see if I can get these injuries behind me.

Good luck with the running downtime and overcoming the injuries. Sometimes there is just no other way to get better.

Thanks Tom! It is tough to take the time off but I am hopeful it will payoff in the long run. How is everything with you?
