Another cold (0) morning so off to the TM.  I had planned to run 6 today but my calf tied up around 4 miles and I had to stop before I hurt it more.  Hopefully a little ice and massage will work it out.

Thanks. I really messed up my calf and I am finally back running. Hopefully, I can strengthen it up without having any problems. How are you?
