It was pouring rain this morning so just ran on the treadmill. I had an easy day planned anyway. I just ran real easy and felt pretty good. I do have a little bit of a sore throat this morning so I hope that doesn't turn into anything more serious. Plan on taking the miles down and just running easy the rest of the week. I am traveling to Huntsville on Thursday for some business meetings on Thur and Fri then the race on Sat.

Get good rest this week. Otherwise, you seem good to go!

Drink some orange juice...keep that sore throat away!

Jon, I hope I have a good report to post after the race.

Dave, trying to rest as much as possible but the business trip in combination with the race will make it busy. Thanks for the reminder.

Becca, feeling better today. It seems like as these races approach I over react to every little ache/pain.
