It was a nice day for running with temp about 60 but very windy. I started off easy as usual and then got into my routine. I ran into one of my neighbors around mile 1 and ran with him for the rest of the way. It was nice to have someone to run with since most of the time I am by myself. He is getting ready to head off to college in Jan and a really good kid so enjoyed chatting with him while we ran. The pace was mostly easy and averaged around 8:30. Glad to get a full week of running in. It has been a long time since I got in my normal 6 days of running. Will rest tomorrow and hope I can build next week. |
