Pretty good morning (69) with more humidity and some wind.  Today's plan was to do 5 x 1000 with 400 recovery in 4:10 (6:40 pace).  Went to the track and did a 1.5 mile warmup then did the repeats and finished with a mile cooldown.  Most of them felt good.  The first one was tough getting going but after that they went good and felt like it was about the right pace.  Not too easy but not to hard either.  Here are the splits:

1 - 4:07, 2 - 4:06, 3 - 4:05, 4 - 4:06, 5 - 4:05
