Still warm and humid (76) this morning.  I felt tired and sluggish this morning.  We had a Birthday party for my daughter last night so was up pretty late.  Because of this just took it easy this morning.  I was glad to get the run in and just keep building up the miles.  My weekly mileage is about half of where I want to be when I get back to normal. Finally starting to feel like I am making some progress.

Glad you're making progress. I'm finding the older I get the harder it is to get back into a good groove after downtime/injury. Hope things keep getting better for you.

Thanks Bob! I feel it starting to come back and its good.

Tom, your right about the age. I hate to admit it but it is definitely tougher. I know that from now on I need to pay more attention to staying healthy because I can't afford the time off. It takes to long to come back.
