Back home today but was wiped out this morning from jet lag. I felt very sluggish getting started but felt better once I got going. I took it easy again as I am trying to build back up from the hip injury. It felt good today some tightness but no pain. I am going to run again tomorrow to see how it does with two days in a row but will continue to keep the mileage down. The tightness that I feel seems like it is going to start hurting but so far it hasn't sometimes I wonder if it is just me being over concerned about it instead of just running and not thinking about it. 39:45 (7:57 avg)
