It was a nice morning today with temp around 60 and some light wind.  It is going to be a hot weekend so I guess summer is here early this year.  Been having a hard time lately getting motivated to run.  I have a lot of other stuff going on in my life and just have not put the focus on it that I should be.  I didn't run the last two days and just didn't feel like going out.  Hopefully I can get out of this funk and get back to running consistently.  I was kind of dragging this morning.  I didn't feel the best but was glad I got out and put the miles in.  Just try to take it a day at a time and get back in the groove.

Good job getting out on a nice morning. Life gets really busy, running is just a hobby and it can get tougher to fit everything in. Hope you can find the mojo and into the running groove.

Have a great holiday weekend.

I've definitely been in that funk before. You'll get out of it, I'm sure.

I'd also like to take a moment to thank you for the times you've stopped by my blog now and then even though I've been not keeping myself in the loop here.

You too, Jeff (since you are here).

Thanks guys. I appreciate the encouragement. Still out there trying to get in the miles. Hope for more consistency.
