I got a virus in my inner ear about 10 days ago and it messed by my balance and caused vertigo so I haven't been able to run for awhile.  Today I was almost back to normal.  They say it takes about two to three weeks to get over this but was feeling good today.  I was glad to be able to run again and didn't have too many issues along the way.  Going to try to keep running everyday as long as it continues to improve.  So thankful that everything is not spinning and thank God for the little things that can really effect your health.  Makes me realize how blessed I am.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I've never had vertigo, but I have a couple friends that have and it does not sound like a good time at all.

Thanks! This is first for me and it has not been any fun. Glad to be getting back to normal. Hope all is well with you!
