Today I just did an easy 4 miles tapering down for my race on Sat. It was a nice day and I felt pretty good. The first mile I was a little stiff and felt run down but started feeling better after that. I finished felling much better.
Thanks! I am running the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon. It is the largest half marathon in the country with 35,000 runners. I had hoped to try to break 1:30 in this race but with some inconsistent training not sure that I am ready but I hope to at least run in the mid 1:30's.
