We had a pretty nice day today (30) but still kind of windy. I took it easy out my standard route down 300S. About a mile into the run my nose started bleeding so had to stop and it took me a while to get it stopped. This is the first time this has every happened to me. Stopping a nose bleed is not the easiest thing to do while running. After I got that under control it turned out to be a good run. I felt good and just cruised along. It was not very fun while running into the wind but luckily that was only about 3 miles. 61:42 (7:43 avg) |
