It was a great morning for Jan. Almost 40 degrees this morning with some light wind. I felt pretty good and just ran along easy. It was great to be outside enjoying this amazing day. Thankful to be able to run and enjoy it.

Nice to hear all those good vibes. We've had 2 straight weeks now of mostly 40-50 degree sunny days. Almost unheard of in Utah in Jan. Glad to see you're getting some of that as well.

The weather has been crazy this year but I will take it. Glad to hear you are getting some nice days as well. I am sure we will get some bad stuff soon.
