Slow easy 9 from King Park at the bottom of Green to the Yurt and back.  Legs were still pretty tired from Saturday, but it's ok because this week I am really backing off the mileage.  Took one of the padawans with me, so it was very slow.  Just got the legs moving really.  Felt good by the end of the run.

Moderate pace.  Felt like poo for the first 10 miles, then felt decent for the last 2.5.  Probably because I was on my feet for 6 hours at work.  Seems like usually I get out before work, so maybe that's why.

Posted a review of the Green Canyon single track and a couple of other things on my blogspot running blog for anyone interested.

Easy-hard-easy.  Much more easy than hard.  4x90m accelerators on the quad because it sounded like it would feel good.  I was right.  Felt much better the last mile after that.  Same story as yesterday.  Sore, tired, worn out.  My body hates rest. :)  Hopefully next week when I get into full taper mode I will start feeling good.
