6.08. Started at about 6:30 AM and ran with Mark up to 300 West and then back home. I didn't wear a watch, but Mark did and we averaged about 7:45 pace.
AM Crossfit
PM Crossfit. Work has been crazy busy the last 3 days, but should settle back down, which should be good for my exercising.
AM Crossfit and then ran 2.50 miles with no watch around the block.
PM Ran 5.0 on the JRP out by Saratoga. Great weather today. I wish every day was like it from November through March.
AM Crossfit (this one destroyed my body).
10.0 on the TM at a slow pace. Probably averaged around 8:25 pace, which is tough to do on the TM cause I get bored. My body is sore and tired.
