5.50 on the TM. Did a 10 min warm up and then did 2 min on/2 min off. The "ons" started at 8.0 on the TM and the "offs" started at 7.5. I would increase by .1 every 2 min. Fun workout and this is about as much of a speed workout as I've had lately. Kind of pathetic, but not worrying about it much this month. |
