AM 5.35 with Mark on the standard loop.
Early PM 5.10 at about 8:17 pace from the jr. high out towards Willow Park and the JRP and back.
Crossfit.
AM 10 in 1:23:20. Solo. Started at 6:00 and went up to Ivory Ridge and back.
AM Crossfit 1.5 miles during the workout.
AM 10.15 in 1:20:50. Started at 5:45 and did the standard loop until I hit Trinnamon Lane, and then I headed north to 2100 North and then went west on 2100 North until I hit the elementary school. Turned around and came back.
