5.25 on the TM. Warmed up 2 miles and then did 3 min on / 3 min off. The "ons" started at 7:30 pace and then I worked down to 6:58 pace. Doing these types of interval workouts is the only way I'm going to get any mileage on the TM. Would much rather be outside.
11.0 in 1:23:34. 7:36 avg pace. I had a little extra time this morning, so I decided to run a bit longer. Headed up 300 West and up the Ivory sub-division and then back home. Snowed for a good portion of the first part of the run. It was cold any time I was running into the wind, which was coming from the north. Really good run for me as I was able to get into a good rythem (spelling??).
6.0 on the TM. I didn't want to face the cold. 2 mile warm up and then the next 3 miles were 3 min on 2 min off. On portions started at 7:20ish and then by the last one I was doing upper 6:20s.
11.75 in 1:29:06. 7:35 avg pace. Similar route to Tuesday, but a littler further. Cold, then warmed up, then cold again. Didn't feel as good as Tuesday, but kept about the same pace. Off to Arkansas for a few days to visit family.
10.15 at about 8:15ish pace with my bros. Mark and Steve in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Fun run. Time went by fast. After about 2 miles we got to an area that was very pretty. Lots of hills.
