PM Went to CrossFit today. Easing my way back into things. Enjoying the down time from running, but feeling gross already.
PM Crossfit. Pretty rough workout. Lots of push presses, pull-ups and very light running. Still a bit sore and will err on the side of caution.

AM 6 in 47:14. Met at Matt's house and ran the first three on the Murdoch trail with Matt, Mike, Scott, Chad and Brandon, and then I cut it short and headed back to the car. Lots of aches and pains and I decided to play it safe.
AM 8.05 at about 8:45 pace. Started at 5:30 with Mark and ran slow up 300 West and back. It felt like 20 miles by the end. Still lots of aches.
