9.0 in 1:11:55 (7:59).  Went up by the cemetery and then north by where we camped a few weeks ago.  Eventually made my way to 300 West and back home.

18.10 in 2:16:35 (7:33).  Up and down Provo Canyon beginning by the movie theaters in the Riverwoods.  First 7 or so were with Mark.  Hit the turnaround point right around 1:13:00 and then just tried to keep things moving along well.  Overall a good run.  Probably will do nothing longer between now and DesNews.
