PM 40 minutes on the elliptical.  This is about the least sore I've ever been after a marathon. Quads are a little sore, but not much at all.  Just a bit tight.

AM 2.15 in 18:05 (8:24).  Easy run around the neighborhood.

PM Crossfit.  Tabata of squats, 10 meter sprints, row for calories, and db push presses.

PM 15 min on the elliptical.  2 mile run on the TM.  Crossfit......8 rounds of 12 kettlebell swings, 24 double unders, 12 sit-ups.  Benched for a bit after.

AM 3 in 24:47 (8:16) just around the neighborhood.

PM Crossfit.  4 rounds for time of 15 toes to bar, 5 man makers, 10 burps, 400 meter run.  1 mile during the workout.

AM 11.75 in 1:32:20 (7:51).  First run up and down Provo Canyon this year.  A little bit cold but just took it really easy and went up to Vivian and back.

Crossfit.  3 rounds for time of 400 meter run, 21 kettlebell swings, 12 hand stand push-ups.   Benched for a bit afterwards.
